The WorldFest is a FUN celebration of diversity, to raise awareness of, and  funding for true sustainability in the world – with more peace and less hunger!


Executive Summary

Festival participants will be anyone who enjoys good music, fun games, inspiring performing arts, invigorating  outdoor festivals, delicious food, quality natural products, and cooperative philanthropy. Profits from the festival will be used to promote expanding WorldFest locations and be distributed to non-profits working for sustainable global solutions. Using the festival format, the WorldFest will entertain and educate attendees to the possibilities of creating sustainable solutions to some of our mutual issues of survival – peace, justice, and adequate prosperity for all.

Strategic Plan

We will use the “network effect” business model to achieve our goals. Network effects become significant when critical mass is achieved. At the ‘critical mass point’, the value obtained from the good or service is greater than or equal to the price paid for the good or service. This model will be used to attract participation, attendance, volunteers, and to educate as well as model the value of sustainable solutions.

Market Differentiation

Our product is unique because it crosses diverse strata of populations, interest groups, genders, ages, races, life-styles, and economic conditions. The WorldFest will offer a smorgasbord of opportunities to enjoy a weekend that will attract anyone who wishes to enjoy and enhance life.

Music, Food/Water/Juices, Sanitation, Security, Parking, Recycling, Permits, Medical/First Aid, Marketing/Advertising/Publicity/Promotion/Communications, Event Coordinators, Staffing, Construction/Stages/Booths, Power using Renewable energy/materials, Website, Telecommunications, Volunteer coordination, Legal/Trademark/Registration/Contracts, Oversight & Logistics, Set-up/Clean-up, Accounting, Non-profits coordinator, CEO.

Seed Financing

The WorldFest requires seed financing for the creation of an outstanding executive team necessary to organize, finance and run Los Angeles, Beijing/Shanghai, London, and Johannesburg as the initial sites of the WorldFest More would be required to JUMP START the preparation to include an expansion into at least three new cities the following years from Sydney, Mumbai, Rio de Janeiro, Berlin, New York, and Istanbul. Profits from the initial WorldFest would go to expanding into more sites around the world AND funding quality non-profits for their work in sustaining and promoting peace and adequate prosperity for all.experience a great time
